  A Talk PBX System is an IP/PBX phone system that harnesses new and old technologies.  From connecting to standard POTS (plain old telephone systems) to VoIP (voice over internet protocol) service providers, a Talk PBX IP/PBX system can be designed to match your unique needs and budget.  Even at the lowest budget level, our PBX systems include the following features as standard features.  
 
  • Auto-Attendant (IVR); nearly limitless number of IVR's1

1 - Base installation includes assistance with setting up 1-10 IVR menus and 1-10 Queues.  Additional IVR menus or queues available at small, but additional, cost.
2 - Storage space shared by Voicemail and Call Recording.  Amount of space required determined during assessment.  Easily expandable to over 1,500 hours.
3 - Warning, some systems measure their storage space in minutes, not hours.
4 - Where allowed by law.
5 - Default music includes classical music selection.  Can add your own mp3 files, or have on-hold advertising messages professionally created.  Telephone Advertising Communication (TAConhold)
